Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Sengel Enterprises LLC (“Wayfare,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates flywayfare.com, a visual travel planning and booking platform that allows users to discover destinations, compare flights, hotels, and activities, and book travel services through a 3D globe interface. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. User Accounts

To use certain features of Wayfare, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete registration information and keep it up to date. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and book travel services. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or in violation of these Terms.

3. Booking & Payments

When you make a booking through Wayfare, you enter into a contract with the relevant travel service provider (airline, hotel, activity operator). Wayfare acts as an intermediary and is not the provider of the travel services themselves. All prices displayed are in the currency indicated and include applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed at the time of booking through our secure payment partners. A small service fee may be added to bookings to support the operation of our platform; this fee is clearly disclosed before you complete your purchase.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary depending on the travel service provider. Flights booked through Wayfare are subject to the cancellation policies of the issuing airline. Under applicable regulations, most flights may be cancelled within 24 hours of booking for a full refund. Hotel cancellation policies are set by the individual property and are displayed at the time of booking. Wayfare’s service fee is non-refundable once a booking is confirmed, except where required by law. To request a cancellation or refund, contact us at support@flywayfare.com.

5. Third-Party Services

Wayfare integrates with third-party services to provide a comprehensive travel planning experience. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Duffel: for flight search, booking, and ticketing. Flight purchases are processed through Duffel’s payment infrastructure and are subject to Duffel’s terms of service.
  • Google: for authentication (Google Sign-In), maps data, and places information. Your use of Google services through Wayfare is subject to Google’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
  • Anthropic: for AI-powered trip planning assistance. Conversations with our trip planner are processed by Anthropic’s Claude API.

We are not responsible for the practices, policies, or content of third-party services. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of each third-party provider.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sengel Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Wayfare in service fees during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Wayfare does not guarantee the accuracy of pricing information, availability of travel services, or the quality of services provided by third-party providers. Travel involves inherent risks, and you assume responsibility for your travel decisions.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of Wayfare after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via email or through a notice on the platform.
